Radney Foster, a native of Del Rio, Texas, and current resident of Nashville, has thrived in the music business for 25 years as a recording artist, live performer, writer and producer. His songs - solo, with Foster & Lloyd, and recorded by others - have topped Americana, Texas, country, and AAA charts. His latest record, Revival, is a roots-Americana masterpiece.

The Greencards are headlined by singer-bassist Carol Young and string instrument master Kym Warner. Their music touches on many parts of American roots music but is always rooted in acoustic virtuosity, rich arrangements and mesmerizing vocals. They will have a new record in the Spring of 2011, following 2009's Fascination.

Bruce & Charlie Robison grew up together in Bandera, Texas and have forged separate - but occasionally overlapping - careers. Both are noted writers as well as fixtures of Hill Country dance halls. Bruce penned "Angry All the Time" that Tim McGraw and Faith Hill made into a hit, "Wrapped" (George Strait), and the Dixie Chicks #1 hit "Travellin' Solder." Charlie's 2009 record Beautiful Day is a very personal record that chronicles his divorce. This acoustic duo songswap performance is a relatively rare one, so don't miss it.

The Trishas formed in 2008 - a unique blend four women songwriters and players - Jamie Wilson, Kelley Mickwee, Samantha Welch, and Liz Foster. This is a little Mississippi, a little Texas, a little bluegrass, and a lot of soul. An up and coming band.

Carrie Elkin & Danny Schmidt have a base in Austin but are on the folk circuit constantly, both in the US and internationally, both solo and as a duo. Carrie's new record Call It My Garden is to be released in January, produced by Danny and Colin Brooks (The Band of Heathens) and recorded at Sam Baker's house (a Telluride Americana veteran). Danny's new one is due in February. These are both exceptionally literate and insightful writers and they have fun performing together.

Ashleigh Flynn grew up in Kentucky and now calls Portland home. Her fine songs, pure vocals, and soulful music have drawn comparisons to Nanci Griffith, Patty Griffin and others ("Flynn is Americana's answer to Norah Jones," said one writer). Ashleigh will entertain for the private VIP party on Wednesday night that is open to all four-day pass holders.
